Three members of the Breeze team recently completed the Derbyshire Three Peak Challenge, raising nearly £10,000 for charity.
The Derbyshire Three Peaks Challenge is a gruelling test of stamina and perseverance, involving the ascent of three of the highest peaks in Derbyshire: Kinder Scout, Bleaklow, and Black Hill. Covering a distance of over 30 miles with significant elevation gain, this challenge is not for the faint-hearted. The members of Team Breeze, however, tackled it head-on, in some miserable weather conditions, all finishing cold, but unharmed.
The primary motivation for completing the walk was to raise funds for one of our charities in
2024, Brighter Future through Sport, a Charity based in Nottingham which uses sport to help children develop confidence, self-worth, and self-awareness. The money raised on the day will go a long way in supporting these children with much-needed resources and assistance.
